Shellplate issue

I disassembled twice, then called Dillon. It appears that on the underside of each station (on the shellplate) there is some either metal or case harardening that didn't get smoothed out. This would prevent the case from being seated enough to continue. I called Dillon and they are sending me a new shellplate.
