Order placed: 5/27/2013Hello all.
I received a box from FedEx today which had only a small part of my total order. I understand that items (such as the 550B press I ordered) are still on backorder. However, the invoice/packing slip I got with the goods I received today doesn't actually reflect what I received.
The invoice number is 2735907
It shows that I should have received:
qty 1 22211 Machine Maintenance Kit
qty 1 20048 550B Spare Parts Kit
qty 1 11543 550 Tool holder
qty 1 11483 Ball End Long Dipped wrench set
qty 1 10842 New 1 inch Bench Wrench
qty 1 20132 550 Conversion kit .38/.357
qty 1 20128 550 Conversion kit .223
qty 1 13795 550 machine cover
qty 1 20095 Super Swage
qty 2 13909 550B Toolhead
qty 12 14067 Die Lock Ring 1"
qty 2 20064 Powder Die
qty 1 20056 pick up tubes kit (2 lg 2 sm)
qty 1 16306 low powder sensorI actually received only the following:
qty 1 22211 Machine Maintenance Kit
qty 1 11543 550 Tool holder
qty 1 11483 Ball End Long Dipped wrench set
qty 1 13795 550 machine cover

qty 12 14067 Die Lock Ring 1"
qty 2 20064 Powder Die
qty 1 20056 pick up tubes kit (2 lg 2 sm)
qty 1 16306 low powder sensorTherefore I am still missing the following items:
qty 1 20048 550B Spare Parts Kit
qty 1 10842 New 1 inch Bench Wrench
qty 1 20132 550 Conversion kit .38/.357
qty 1 20128 550 Conversion kit .223
qty 2 13909 550B ToolheadMy credit card has been billed for $425.80 but I have not received all the good that come to that amount.
My question is when can I expect to receive the rest of this initial shipment as well as my press. Additionally is it possible to have tracking numbers emailed to me for items that do ship.
Thank you in advance for your time and dedication. I am really looking forward to getting this complete order and getting down to some serious reloading. 🙂

Quote from Reloader on June 27, 2013, 12:44 amDillon is a reputable business and are extremely busy. They monitor these blogs and will get with you. We have all spent THOUSANDS with them. Be patient. Have youu looked at your invoice from Dillon?? Not the one from Fed-ex. Agian, be patient, they are probably on back order. If they charged you for something you haven't received it is probably an honest mistake. They'll make it right, just be patient with them. Good luck and good loading.

Quote from Reloader on June 27, 2013, 2:57 pmReceived the two conversion kits today via a separate shipment. Looks like the press is also on its way given that my card has been pinged again. 🙂
When I finally got on the phone with a CS rep, they were very helpful.
At this point I'm just waiting on the press, the 1" wrench and the toolheads. Can't wait to start loading with this bad boy. Have some IDPA matches coming up.

Quote from Reloader on July 1, 2013, 1:26 amReceived the press on Friday night (had FedEx hold it at a location for pick-up) and was absolutely wow'd by the high-quality of manufacturing and the engineering of the press. Set it up, and after futzing with a few minor adjustments (thank goodness for youtube!) I was up and running in no time. Cranked out 100 rounds of 9mm ammo in maybe 20 minutes (I was going slow to get the hang of things). I was amazed at how dead-nuts accurate the powder measure was.
In short, this beast is easily every bit as good as my MEC shotshell loader (probably a little better)
I'm quite satisfied with my purchase, but I still haven't received my 1" wrench or my other two toolheads. Is there any indication of whether these items are on backorder and when I might hope to receive them? I'd love to be able to set my .223 and .357 dies and forget about them.
Thanks in advance!
