Shipping
Quote from Reloader on December 20, 2013, 2:23 pmLove your products. Have used a Dillon 550B for over 25 years. Finally broke a depriming pin on my 45 die. Easily ordered some new ones. I have alway had great customer service from this company. Here is my issue. I ordered a pack of 10 pistol deprimers and one rifle deprimer for a total of about 10 bucks. Cost me $7.50 in shipping. That's not right!!!!

Quote from Reloader on January 15, 2014, 12:42 amI agree! I was about to order a Center of Mass kydex pistol sheath only to find the shipping charge was going to be $9.99! I'm sorry, but I'm not about to spend that kind of money to ship something that weighs a few ounces, and could easily be mailed in a padded envelope for a couple of bucks. Sorry Dillon.... I love your products but no the shipping charges. I'll pass.

Quote from Reloader on February 8, 2014, 12:23 pmI personally don't mind paying Dillon's shipping rate at all, even though I only live 90 miles from their store.
I look at all the replacement parts and customer service they have given me and I'm sure thousands of others through the years, ALL ON THEIR DIME !

Quote from Reloader on February 8, 2014, 1:47 pmI have and still love Dillon products. However, I've decided to move to Sinclair single stage for my rifle reloading and get as far away from Dillon as possible. I was considering a 550 to go along wiht my ancient SDB when I noticed the note that now the dies ordered with a loader would be entered separately so as to incur a separate shipping/handling charge. I call BS on that. That couldn't be a more sleazy policy, even though they tell you up front. At least that allows me to make my decision before placing an order. Goodbye, Dillon. Sorry to see it end but I will not do business with a company with seemingly arbitrary policies that penalize customers for a problem that isn't the customers' doing.

If that was the case they should make it clear though.
