Sizing Die will not screw down far enough

Remove the lock ring from the die, and adjust it properly. If at least one full thread is visible above the top of the toolhead, then you have enough thread to tighten the die lock ring on the top. If you are using Lee die with the rubber O-ring inside the lock ring, just turn their lock ring upside down so the O-ring is at the top. Putting the lock ring on the underside of the toolhead is acceptable as well.
