SL 900 conversion to rifle reloading?

I recently acquired a SL 900 from a friend, and noticed that the frame is stamped with "650", so I was wondering if it could be converted to load rifle cartridges, i.e. reverted back to an RL 650, and if so, what would it take to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!

Only the unmachined casting is the same. After the frame is machined to accept the SL900 toolhead, it won't accept the XL650 toolheads.
