small rifle primers flipping

Yeah, I did that. They feed thru the small tube ok, but appear to be flipping over during transfer to the primer seating cup. I did'nt assemble this press, the person that I bought it from did. I noticed in the assembly manual that there is a large and small primer seating cup as well as a small primer seating punch.
