Spent primer question
Quote from Reloader on September 25, 2015, 11:31 amI have a new RL 550B and it is working very well. However, occasionally (4 or 5 times out of 50 rounds) the spent primer does not go into the chute and down into the spent primer cup. What could cause the spent primer to end up on the floor or the bench or even the bin where the completed bullets go?

Quote from Reloader on September 25, 2015, 3:08 pmBe sure the pivoting part of the spent primer catcher moves freely. If the cotter pin has been bent, then the catcher stays in the open position, and the primer can ricochet around.
