Spent Primers Squirting Everywhere
Quote from Reloader on December 23, 2015, 12:03 pmWhat would cause spent primers to go squirting out to the side? The catcher is opening and closing correctly and works most of the time. Any idea what would cause them to go sideways instead of down? I have an RL550B less than a year old and other than this issue it is perfect!

Quote from Reloader on December 23, 2015, 2:00 pmFollow up. I discovered that the chute was opening, but not all the way. I, once again, fixed the hinge-this time with part of a paper clip. Now it seems to working correctly. Also, not sure if it was a factor, but I discovered that the decapping die was set quite a bit lower than is necessary so I raised it to the proper setting. We'll see, but I think it may be OK now.
Love my Dillon!
