Stage one

Once fired brass from a SD won't go up into stage one.

I think I have to adjust stage four, but clockwise or counter-clock ?

If no case is present in station 4, then this has no effect on sizing cases in station 1. Be sure the caliber of the die set is correct for the cartridge you are loading. Otherwise, you are using a bit of force to resize the case in station 1.
