Station 1 Locator?
Quote from Reloader on February 14, 2013, 5:40 pmI am looking to find out the name of a part andor the part number. I have a 550 with a case feeder and I am looking for the silver piece that the cases slide on when getting pushed into station 1. I use 9mm and I have another press that uses .40 It's an aluminum piece and the piece is getting a little beat up and needs to be replaced. I tried calling Dillon, but I can't sit on the call phone for longer than 30 mins waiting - I know it's not their fault, I'm not complaining. I'm just saying I'm too busy during the day to wait that long.
Thanks.

Quote from Reloader on February 15, 2013, 12:26 pmAre you referring to the Cartridge Spring (#13926) that holds the cartridge in station 1 once you've put it in. Page 3 of the manual refers you to page 5, according to:
http://www.dillonprecision.com/docs/dillon_rl_550b_manual_may_2007.pdfThat's assuming a 550B and you're not referring to to the actual assembly it sits on (Roller bracket assembly, #14280). If you can't get in, send them a message through the contact us tab and they'll respond generally within a couple of days. Just make sure to include the full model # 550B vs 550AT, what it's doing or the issue is, contact info, and be patient. This is the method that takes the least amount of your time.
