station 1 locator

My Station 1 locator for 308 winchester seems to be getting chewed up pretty bad. Any suggestions ? There were some nasty burrs in the machined in rails that I cleaned up with a small file but the part looks a tad mangled and doesn't function properly.
Any thoughts?
I'ts causing a lot of cases to jam into the shell plate halfway and stops production every 5 rounds or so.

Make sure you are using the #4 locator pin. If you are using one to large this might be the cause. /l
