Station 1 misfeed
Quote from Reloader on July 21, 2010, 4:00 amI am new so, please forgive my lack of experience.
I am loading with a 650XL with a auto case feeder. While reloading .45 I get a miss feed into the sizing die, station one. The case misses the die opening just enough that I have got to stop, push the case closer to machine center with a finger, and run the handle to finish the load. Does anyone know how to adjust the slide to push the case further forward, just a few thousands will do it. I have looked, but I am not sure so I am asking for help. Thanks

Quote from Reloader on July 23, 2010, 1:57 amTim, I am/have had the same isue with my 650 when loading 45LC. Haven't had to mess with any adjustments yet. I have found that I had some powder flakes lodged in the shell holder plate. If my problem persists I may have to adjust as recomended by Dillon. It's probably worth a look before makeing any adjustments. Guy

Quote from Reloader on September 7, 2010, 4:55 pmThere is a 9/16 nut towards the top of the casefeed ramp. Loosen than and then use an allen wrench to make the final adjustment. I think counter clockwise moves it more towards the shell plate. check the manual under changing calibers.
