station 1, primer pusher, ring gets stuck on brass

Hi!

First of all I live in Europe, Sweden, therefore i'm not a master at the english language.

Today when I wanted to load I noticed a ring/nut was stuck on my brass. It was filled with what appear to be dirt/oil.

Cleaned out the dirt and re-applied the ring back into station 1. But everytime I try to punch out a used primer, the ring get's stuck on the brass.

I've tried soaking the ring in alcohol and lastly oil, but the result is the same.

This is a press I bought about a year ago, loaded roughly around 5000 cartridges.

Any ideas?

The carbide sizing ring in the size die has pulled out, and is getting stuck on the case. We need to replace the die. Please send us an email with the caliber, your name and address, so we can mail a replacement to you.
