Stick powders

Just ordered a 650 and should be here in a couple of days and have a ? about powders in the dillon measure. I know ball powders are going to measure the easiest and real uniform but my AR shoots the best with Hogden Benchmark. Anyone using this in thier 650? Thanks in advance for your replies.. I just want to get everything around before it gets here so I can get some rounds done this weekend.

Haven't tried Benchmark, but use RL-15 and Varget, work just fine.

Benchmark has about the same grain size as Varget maybe even a little smaller. Thanks RR

New Dillon owner. From reading it appears Ball and Stick powders dispense more accurately than others when using the Dillon XL 650 Powder Measuring system.

My qusetion is how accurate and what variation should be expected? Assume proper set-up is achieved.

Can flake powder dispense accurately? Is there a book available that indentifies which powders are Flake, Stick, or ball powders.

Sorry, new reloader and I'm sure these are basic questions.
