Strong Mount for SDB

I ordered a Strong Mount for my Square Deal B, but when I try to mount the machine on the reloading bench, the spent primer cup prevents the handle from moving up so that I can seat a primer. It appears that the Strong Mount is not high enough for the machine to clear the top of the reloading bench.
Perhaps because my Square Deal is an older machine, the Strong Mount won't fit it with the new spent primer cup? If so, then I wonder if it will work with the old spent primer cup?

The SDB strong mount included a new spent primer cup and bracket. These need to be installed to allow the machine to mount. The age of your machine makes no difference.

Ordinarily, I would agree. However, when I placed the order for the Strong Mount for the SDB, I ordered part number 22223, what I received was the two side brackets for the Strong Mount and the hardware. The invoice reflects that it was an SDB Strong Mount. No adapter, no new spent primer cup, no new spent primer cup bracket. I asked why my SDB wasn't fitting on the Strong Mount, was told there was supposed to be an adapter and that you would send one out immediately. When I got that package, there was no spent primer cup bracket, so I had to ask for one of those. It came last Saturday, and I carefully followed the instructions for putting the machine on the mount.
Well, something's not right. I've checked the instructions to ensure that I've mounted the machine correctly. The SDB adaptor bracket is on top of the Strong Mount brackets.

When I tried to put the mount onto the bench, it was resting on the new spent primer cup, and prevents the handle from going all the way in so I can seat the primers. In fact, when I moved the mount (still not attached to the bench) to where the primer cup clears the bench top and pushed the handle in to set the primer, the bottom of the spent primer cup goes 1 inch below the top of the bench.

What's the difference between the mounting bracket P/N 16065 (for the XL650) and P/N 16062 (for the SDB)?

Got a response to my separate email. Apparently, the problem is being rectified.

Okay, we've finally gotten this straightened out....the side plates that came were the wrong ones, they were for the XL650. I got the right ones last Friday, set up the machine and I loaded 200 rounds of .38 Specials this afternoon.

I've got an RMA for the other side plates and will be sending them back to you.
