Stuck case at #2 in 550B

I've got a .45 Long Colt case stuck in the die from Station #2 (Bell & Powder Drop) in my new RL550B that I was setting up. I'm guessing it over-belled on the up-stroke and is stuck. Any ideas on what to do?

If the rim has ripped off the case, you can run a punch (like a drill bit) down through the inside of the powder funnel and tap down on it to free the case off the funnel.
