I was resizing some 7mm Mag cases in my single stage RCBS press. I lubed the cases with the Hornady One Shot spray but didn't notice that the can was only spraying air and not lube (the can was out of lube). I got the case halfway up the die before it got stuck. Now the ram handle is stuck halfway through its stroke. I tried to lower the handle with a lot of force and all that accomplish was that I pulled one of the screws holding the bench top to the frame. Now I can't even use any force without damaging the bench top. Any suggestions?
