Super 1050

On a Super 1050 should the roller bearings turn in the main frame or should they be snug? How much slack shoud there be betwean the roller bearings and the crankshaft?

I have one more in the manual it says not to remove the crank shaft (11000) any more than 3/4 of an inch why is that?
