Swaging 556 primer pockets

Why not fab an extended primer pushpin that is a swage for crimped primer pockets ? I process my mil brass in several steps , why no size then swage right on the xl650 instead of using a super swage ? Longer primer push pin hardened to swage pocket is all that is needed .

The case rim is not strong enough to support the case against the pressures needed to swage the primer pocket. The case must be internally supported.
