The mysterious casefeed baffle part number 13688

I'm not seeing which cases require the use of it in the caliber conversion shots. I"m not seeing the part listed on the Casefeed Assembly diagram on page 55 either.
So which calibers require the use of this adapter besides 380 and 9mm?
