Thoughts on vibrating the powder measure
Quote from Wally on January 14, 2025, 11:58 pmI have read that some use an aquarium pump to vibrate their powder measure--supposed to give more consistent throws of powder
there even is a high-dollar one on the market now: https://www.amazon.com/Chuckwallas-Competition-Shooting-School-Reloading/dp/B0DGQV95RB?th=1
just wondering if it's something to explore 'cause it's too cold to reload in Houston right now

Quote from The Human Manual on January 15, 2025, 7:09 pmIf you are using a coarse flake powder, such as Unique or 800-X, it might be of benefit. For ball/spherical and small flake powders, they already dispense within +/- .1 grain. Probably more useful on a rifle measure using extruded powders.
