Thoughts on vibrating the powder measure

I have read that some use an aquarium pump to vibrate their powder measure--supposed to give more consistent throws of powder

just wondering if it's something to explore 'cause it's too cold to reload in Houston right now

If you are using a coarse flake powder, such as Unique or 800-X, it might be of benefit. For ball/spherical and small flake powders, they already dispense within +/- .1 grain. Probably more useful on a rifle measure using extruded powders.
