I started off this evening around 6pm thought i would run a few rounds through and get an even better feel for the ol girl
well its after 10 PM , i just finsished cleanign up and putting everything away
over 380 rounds pressed out and i swear i dont know where the time went
the few rounds at the range really paid off today, ot the balance i was looking for for range ammo
great little machine
Thanks

Quote from Reloader on November 20, 2008, 7:11 pmThe SDB is a lot of fun. What I found is that reloading in itself is it's own hobby.
I had some fail to fires on some of my reloads then I learned that I wasn't seating the primers all the way. The shell plate screw was loose, now I tighted the screw now the cartridges are perfect.

What brand of brass were you getting the fail to fires?
The fail to fires I was getting all happened on Winchester brass. Also through my observation and others, the pockets seem a little tighter or the primers sit a little higher.
CCI brass seems to work the best for me.
