To all the good people at Dillon Precision

I want to say that you Guys and Gals there at Dillon Precision are some of the absolute best!!
I have been reading through the forums here lately and I must say that you handle all posts on here
with the up most professional replies, and the content of some,(let's just say seem nasty), you still reply GREAT RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!!
I have even needed to call on the phone and still was treated with great respect!!!

And in these trying times to have company that can continue that kind of service, is simply GREAT!!

I fully understand why some customers get frustrated. Previous to all this, our typical hold time was one-two minutes. Now, 30-40 minutes is the norm. We can't just stick warm bodies on phones; to train a customer service rep to our standards takes several months. We have several in training, have added assistants to do work that would normally take CSRs away from phones, and running double crews in production and shipping. Our subcontractors (all local BTW) have all ramped up their production. We are doing the best we can to meet everyones needs, and appreciate your support and patience. Thank you
