Toolhead jammed

Good evening,

I am just getting started on my new super 1050 after getting the dies dialed in for my 9mm load. While operating the press it jammed about 2/3 of the way through the down stroke. I can not get the tool head to raise or lower and the shell plate stations are full.

After looking through the manual and a quick search on the site I can't find any reference to this problem.

Please help

I've now partially disassembled the press to clear the shell plate and check a couple things.

1) There are no damaged primers in the assembly and the primer system seems to run smoothly.

2) The shell plate appears to index correctly with the rest of the system if I hold the Ratchet Restriction Tab (13376) off the toolhead ratchet.

At this point if I don't hold the ratchet restriction tab the press jams at the very beginning of the upstroke.

I'm stumped at this point on why the restriction tab is holding down the toolhead.

Maybe the "Ratchet Tab Tension" video on this page might help?
