Two primers per stroke

I've got an old SD, turned SDB that's dropping an extra primer every through of the arm. Cases are getting primed just fine, but the 2nd primer hits the bin I've set up to catch them.

I've cleaned everything per the FAQ on double primer drop. I've replaced the tip of the primer feed tube. Feed tube is correct size and properly oriented. All springs are fine or new. I've got this problem with WLP and CCI 300. 41 Rem Mag. Doesn't seem to be brass specific.

Tried emailing tech@, but got no reply.

Interesting, I had the same issue yesterday. I took everything in the primer area apart and during the cleaning I found a little sliver of primer in the mechanism. I also did an overall cleaning and relube. I punched out another 700 rounds without issue.

Mine is still FUBAR on primer drops. I tried calling, but that's a joke given the current environment. I guess I'll be patient since I don't have much choice.

But my RCBS rig is running flawlessly.
