universal decapping die

Purchased a universal decapping die and was wondering how to set up the length that the decapping pin protruded from the end of the die.

This protrusion is pre-set at the factory. Properly adjusted, the upper lock ring contacts both the top of the die body and the bottom of the spring clip.
