using the washer with the electronic case feeder

I installed the washer under the small pistol case plate in order to load 357 Mag shells. After adding about 100 cases i noticed the loader was not running. Visual inspection revealed the plate had tipped to low side where the cases were and the "T Bar" on the motor is not engaging shell plate.

Any solutions known?

Are you just laying the washer under the plate or are your installing it be tween the bottom half of the clutch and the clutch bolts?

Thanks for the hint.

Works much better installed correctly.

Luckily I have 2 small bullet plates so I just installed permanently on one and marked it.
