warranty parts?

Last week I purchased a used SDB. I havent got it totally set up yet, and have been doing as much research as possible about this loader. It must be a pre 98 model, because it has the Delrin bushings which are quite worn on the left side.. My questions are: do the new brass bushing fit in where the Delrin bushing are with no modifycation? & once I open the loader up for repair, what parts are covered under the "no bs" warranty? Is there any updates to the loader & powder measure that I need to change , or should know about? Is there a certain area of wear common to all SDB's that I should be looking at? Thanks for any answers.

If you phone or e-mail us we will send you a set of replacement delrin bearings. Any broken parts are covered under warranty, so let us know what you find. Expect to find wear on the index pawl, but not mush other visible wear.
We've made one change to the powder measure bellcrank. About 9-10 years ago it was changed to a two-piece bellcrank- one piece blocks the return of the powder bar until the end of the upstroke, when the return rod pulls it down and retracts the powder bar to pick up the next charge. This eliminated the powder bar return springs. This is not a warranted upgrade, cost is about $25.00
