I don't know what it takes to make an address change at Dillon however I am presently waiting again for someone to answer my call at customer service..
I only purchased Dillon products because my Brother gave them a very high recommendation However If this is how Dillon provides there services I will try to find a local merchant for my future needs. Dillon will be losing at least $700.00 worth of my business (the balance of the other orders I had on my list).
It is very sad when a company that makes such good products doesn't have the ability to make a webpage that allows the customer to change there address and also does notify there customers when they ship items to them. My account doesn't even show anything being shipped to me why don't you at least update order status? I could probably go on forever about the things wrong with this Company but I won't Good luck Dillon you'll need it with this kind of service
