What is the effect of inside neck case lube on powder charging on a RL1100 or Super 1050 ?

Does inside neck case lube while powder charging using a RL1100 or Super 1050 create more variation in muzzle velocity or group size ?

It depends on what you are applying this to. It can cause greater variation in case neck tension, which will result in wider velocity spread. This will affect group size at extreme range, 800 yards or more. At closer distances it is probably unnoticeable. This is why Dillon rifle dies have a carbide expander ball, so no inside neck case lube is required.
