What is this RL450 worth? (with pics)

hello, I've been getting ready to buy a new 650, but this just came up for $200, and was wondering if it would be a good deal to set up for one caliber, or to set up with dillon's power case trimmer?

anyway, i think it has an updated powder measure, and primer feed(that buzzes when empty).
press is in good shape, and comes with 9mm, 10mm, and 223 caliber conversions. and everything seen in pics. i think it has another primer bar thing, and powder charge bar..??

This is an RL450B with the powder measure and priming system updated to the automatic systems. $200 is a pretty good deal.
