White Cube on powder measure pops off!

Ok this is kinda weird, the "White Cube" on the powder measure pops off when the handle is in the forward position, i.e. seating a primer or just coming back from seating the primer.

Either the cube is cracked, or else the nylock nut that goes onto the bellcrank bolt needs to be tightened a bit more.
