xl650 270 win

I am setting up my 650 to load 270 Win and cant seem to figure out how to adjust the dies to flare the top of the case to allow bullet to be put in. The way it is now , I have to hold the bullet until it is inside the die.Can somebody guide me in the right direction?

Bottleneck cases doesn't use a expander die, You can chamfer the mouth opening to help / RCBS makes a competition bullet seating die that has a window to insert bullet & Hornadys dies have a floating sleeve that centers the bullet
