XL650 Case Feeder Max Volume

The case feeder instructions in the XL650 manual states that the feeder is intended to run with the bowl approx half full, but the motor in mine will stop turning the plate (for 9mm) if I put any more than two handfuls in the bowl at once. Is this normal?

Sounds like you need to tighten up the the clutch screws on the shellplate.
