XL650 Ejector Wire Problem
Quote from dichione@earthlink.net on February 16, 2024, 4:27 pmI've seen all the recommendations on how to fix the ejection wire problem. However, when reloading 9mm / 380 ACP, the loaded round does not always eject properly about 20% of the time. This is very frustrating and has been a continuous problem for many years. Can Dillon address this problem by re-designing this system? There must be a better way.

Check for this by pushing down on the edge of the shellplate at station 4. If it feels springy, then the shellplate bolt needs to be slightly tighter.
