Xl650 Making weird Clicking Noise

I have had a Xl650 for about a year now, it has a Double Alpha Mr bullet feeder, Dillon case feeder and a Hit Factor Shell plate bearing kit to smooth the turning of the shell plate.
about a month ago i added some grease to the grease nipples of my press ( used Mobil 1 synthetic grease (red color)) and i use mobil 1 10w30 synthetic motor oil on the main shaft and about a week ago it started making this weird clicking noise, it makes the noise on the up stroke at the end and on the down stroke right after the primer is seated. Ive spoken to Dillon on the phone and walked through some checks to see if any parts were cracked or visibly damaged and everything seemed ok.
Today i decided to completely take apart the bottom end and clean everything up. I removed the crank and the handle and the roll pins with the grease fittings.
