XL650 with Case Feeder

Hi,

How can I tell if I need to use the SPACER WASHER in the Case Feeder or not?

I am going to be re-loading 357sig.

You only use the spacer washer for tall straightwall cases, such as 357 magnum, 44 magnum, 45colt, etc

So why did one of your people on the 800 number recomend me use it for 30-06 ? It worked a little bit, but then the cartridges started to slip under the case feed plate ? I have hence removed it.
