22TCM set up on XL650

There was no difference in accuracy in our custom built PD rifles.
Yes you can flare the case after the powder has dropped. Been loading 223 cases this way for over 15 years and have loaded 10,000's rounds for PD shooting. I use a older Lyman 310 tool "M" die because the expanding rod is much shorter.
Loading this was permitted me put the bullet on top of the case and remove my fingers to load faster.
