We recommend lubing and sizing to ensure uniformity.

Did you use the case headspace gage to properly setup your sizing die?

If the carrtidge case fits into the gage it should fit into your chamber.

I have ordered one from Dillon.  It should be here by the end of the week.

I got my case guage on thursday.  I also had a guy I know trim my new brass.  The empty brass fits in the case guage perfectly.  I made one round with my 550b and it does the same thing (not chambering the round from any magazine.  What do you think I should try next?

Check the sized, empty case and see if it fits the chamber. Assuming it does, then the bullet is probably contacting the beginning of the rifling, causing the cartidge to not fully chamber. Try seating the bullet deeper, and color the exposed nose of the bullet with a black magic marker. Drop  the bolt, extract the cartridge, and look for rifling marks on the bullet.

WOW..........This is why you buy Dillon...this is GREAT info......to watch and learn from. Please keep Posting - Just in case any of us need this info........for our 223 reloading.........

I just wanted to thank you all for all of your help.  I think I am good to go now.  I just finished loading 25 rounds and will shoot them next saturday to make sure everything is ok before I do more. I just wanted to say thank you very much.
