6.5 Creedmoor
Quote from Reloader on October 26, 2020, 5:22 pmI am in a similar predicament. I am looking to reload my 6Creedmoor on my 650. I understand that everything for the most part is the same between a 6.5 Creedmoor and a 308 aside from the powder funnel. I would assume that the 6.5Creedmoor would be identical to the 6Creedmoor, again aside from the powder funnel. My question is: I am confused if I am supposed to use the Black Case Feeder Adapter or the Orange Case Feeder Adapter? If it is the Orange adapter, which part number is it?

The Creedmoor cases are only about 0.100" shorter than the .308 case, but the black part is made to also work with some much taller cases. There is quite a bit of overlap concerning what will "work." Part numbers can be found in the XL 750 manual caliber conversion section. Orange part is 14313. Orange came in my conversion kit for 6.5 Grendel, which has an even smaller case diameter and is much shorter.
