Cases not lined up in station 1
Quote from Reloader on July 29, 2018, 11:53 pmI am getting the same problem. I just bought this from another and fairly new. I've spent at least 10 hours the past few days and still no resolution. I've been reading this thread and have done all the steps mentioned above. It is very frustrating not to be able to reload on full cycle. The cases misalignment is a hit or miss after 3-5 cases. It seems the case is a millimeter shy of going in the press. I have to push it slightly for it to go into the decriminalize/sizing die.
Any help would be appreciated

Quote from Reloader on August 10, 2018, 11:20 pmHaving similar problems with 380 acp first station. Using RCBS carbide sizing die because the Dillon Die is flared for misalignment and doesn't size all the way down. The case mouth will catch on the die and not enter the die, case crumpling will occur if I don't "feel" the catch and go too fast. I reach around and index it with my left fore finger and continue. I have loosened the die, size and leave ram up then tightening the die and adjust the black case insert slide cam to specs (too much push makes case bounce back) and no spilled powder is lodged in the shell plate locations. With the shell plate off and a loaded cartridge in station 1 on a level surface, the cartridge is perpendicular and not leaning. The powder funnel damages cases also as the funnel will not align either. I removed the shell plate and drew an alignment mark on platform then loosened the Platform Mount bolts, twisted the platform in the direction it needed to go and re tightened the mount bolts. Much better running. Hope this helps.

Quote from Reloader on October 14, 2018, 12:10 amI may be a little late, but...I have had this problem, turned out the Ejector Wire #13298 was hitting the case insert slide #97082, preventing the case to be fully inserted into the shellplate. I pushed it deeper into the mounting hole and it solved the issue.
