Immoral Dillon resellers

PreviousPage 2 of 2

I too won one of his 550b's on Gunbroker only to be told he didn't have any. I said I wasn't going to pay for something he didn't have.  He said no problem and he would put me on a list to call when he got some.  If I want it fine, if I don't he go to the next on the list.  I said OK.  The day after I won my auction the listings added that there was a waiting period!

Yeah he put that there was a wait. Waaaay down at the bottom and it doesn't say much about it other than "there is a waiting period".

The guy is shadey! I don't know if it was Dillon contacting him or me and others like me that filled out a report on him on Gunbroker.

Im glad this turd is catching the grief he deserves. I emailed him a link to this thread. I also told him I will NOT cancel the order. I have other ammo I can use and will get by till he has to caugh up the trimmer and swage. AT the price he agreed to via email which GB  has. He now has pulled all of his ads except for some small stuff and a couple tumblers.

Im also glad others have filed GB complaints on him and I have filed fraud charges for each of the items he jacked me up on.  I also have warned off other buyers on a few other gun forums. So I get some satisfaction knowing I have cost him business. I also have called his states atty general. Not sure how that is goint to go at the moment. I told him this ends when I get my items but I am also one of the kind that have gone to war with fortune 100 compaines over a $5 rebate card when a company doesnt live up to what they tell me.

I would like to ask the Dillon rep here on this forum a question. Can you tell me if the corrupt dealer Im dealing with has recieved any of the items I have been lied to about? Id do this in private but I want to make sure he is called out and since the Dillon rep here has no way to contact I have no choice. I do see on GB he has recieved plenty of neg feedback of late. Good.

Looks like I may have been bitten by him also!

I was looking for a Dillon CV-2001 Vibratory Case Cleaner. I had one on order from Dillon, ETA was 2 to 4 weeks, so I canceled the order, in hopes of finding one in-stock elsewhere. I happened across his web site. http://www.shop.edsbrassandreloaders.com Called him asking if he had one. He said yes, I have 2, and 1 is going out today. He told me he sells Dillon equipment at a discounted price (I never asked the price, cause it was supposed to be a discounted price), so I told him SOLD, ship it. I asked him if he could ship it that day, he said yes, he ships via FedEx. I asked him to send me a tracking number when it shipped. Didn't get the tracking number that evening, so I called him the following day. He had shipped it, but neglected to send the tracking info. He provided that while on the phone.

FedEx delivers the CV-2001 on Feb 13. The box looked old, beat up, re-sealed several times, and very dirty. I opened the box and too my surprise I had just received a well USED, slightly ABUSED and NASTY Dillon CV-2001! There was no receipt or invoice in or on the box. I took several photos of this USED & slightly ABUSED CV-2001, and emailed them too him. I also began attempting to contact him by phone. Finally got up with him later that morning. He acted surprised that the CV-2001 was used. I explained to him that I was expecting a new one, and by checking with my credit card company I had more money invested in this USED & slightly ABUSED CV-2001, than I could get a NEW one straight from Dillon for. I questioned him about his discounted price, and he says the shipping was more, that's why my final cost was greater.

I offered him 2 solutions. #1 send me a pre-paid return shipping label, or #2 refund $100.00 to my credit card, and I'll keep this one. He agreed on #1, to take the USED & slightly ABUSED CV-2001 back, and send a pre-paid shipping label. I'm still waiting on the label.. I'm not so sure this is going to end well. Yes this could be an honest mistake, but not sending me the pre-paid shipping label is another matter. If the label does not arrive (email) by Feb 18, I'll have no choice left but too get my credit card company involved.

Yesterday I placed my order for a ***NEW*** Vibratory Case Cleaner straight from Dillon, and guess I'll just sit back and wait. Maybe my 20+ year old RCBS case cleaner can hang on a few more weeks.

I understand that Dillon Precision isn't responsible for his actions, but it is, what it is.. He does have several complaints, but in the end he is representing Dillon Precision to a degree. This does not reflect well for Dillon, in my opinion.

I'll attempt to attach a few photos to this post, showing what I just paid >$209.00 for.

Just received the FedEx return lable.

He is a real piece of work.

I was shocked to actally get my trimmer Fri nite.  I gave him greif to no end I hope. I didnt think he was doing business on GB at this point.

He just listed an xl650 on ebay today.  The auction title says ready to ship but farther down in the shipping section it says estimated delivery April 18 through 24th.  Hmmmmm.............................

I still want to keep this turd dealer at the top of awareness since he seems to have started his online BS again from previous post. I still say Dillon should have the nads to yank his right to sell the products.  It reflects badly on Dillon and yet they refuse to deal with a guy who probably has cost them business.
