Inconsistent Primmer Seating Depth on RL1100

got the same measurements before and after swage. I think the issue is that i am getting inconsistent seating of the primer due to mixed brass. When i have it set to .002 everything runs flawless but i get 1% no bang, due to high primmer.

See if the misfires only occur on one or two brands of brass, or if it occurs on a wide variety?
