Primer seating (again:()
Quote from Reloader on September 16, 2014, 8:37 amI know what you mean I have a ton of S&B brass in 9mm and it is very tight primer pocket. I have reloaded them twice so far and have been a pain both times. I bit the bullet on the swagger thing and picked up a Dillion 600 swagger. I have 2000 cases of LC to reload and since the Federal brass that was giving me issues seems to all be crimped. After all you guys gave me advice I started to ream and uniform each primer pocket which works great haven't wasted a primer in the last 300 rounds loaded. But man it takes forever doing it that way which us why I bought the 600 pay one cry once I guess.

Quote from Reloader on January 8, 2015, 1:41 amI had the same problem and went ahead and swagged all my 223 brass. A friend gave me his once fired brass and I missed some of the federal that I already mixed in with 1400 brass.
Bottom line is that I loose a few here and there, BUTT I know why I was having a problem now.
I now keep a BIG tupperware that is swagged and a separate smaller tupperware for brass that will be swagged with my Dillon 600 whether it's commercial or not.
