We have since run out of the CV-500 motor. Unfortunately the plant that made those was moved to Mexico. We're not aware of any other motor that simply bolts on.
We can update your CV-500 to the CV-750, by replacing the motor and modifying the base assembly. The cost for this, including return shipping is $104.95

Buy three of these for the cost of the upgrade and consider them a wear item to be replaced now and again. Paint them Ford blue if you must! Although I use Dillon for most things I stray sometimes.... I did get into this to save money as the overriding factor. My concience clears after a time...

Quote from Reloader on February 7, 2013, 8:57 pmI also have a CV-500 tumbler that I am unhappy with. I paid Dillon to fix it once, and after about 10 hours of use it failed again. I feel that I paid enough for this tumbler and I shouldn't have to pay Dillon another $104 to fix it right.
I tried to send Dillon feedback on this issue using the form on their website, only to get an email saying that my feedback was rejected as spam. Finally I tried to call Dillon and get either a busy signal or the phone rings forever.
Can someone at Dillon help me out with this issue, or do I just need to cut my losses and buy a different brand of tumbler?
